State Cookbook Quest: Minnesota

Somedays it's just a good cookbook that appeals to me. With plenty of local history and details.  No traveling for our family during Covid, regional cookbook is as close as I can get. 

Dishing up Minnesota by Teresa Marrone is a great one about Minnesota. And since we'll start a winter garden this year, and Minnesota's summer growing climate is close to my California winter, I'm starting to daydream about what to do with my kale. Dishing Up is beautiful and the recipes are local.
